Years ago I stopped
watching the Indi 500 Auto Race when I realized it was built on the risk
of death and dismemberment on one part and on attention getting on the
I think that the
attraction of a person to take unnecessary risk comes from being tossed in
the aiir as a baby and then renforced in later life by the attention
people give to one putting their life at risk.
Then to see it was
used for advertising and people were getting rich from exploiting what
tends toward sado-masochistic behavior.
I now view baby
tossing as a crime of possible disabling that in later life can cause
1) Attraction to
taking part in actions with risk of height and/or risk of falling.
2) Attraction to
observing intentional actions with risk of height and/or risk of falling.
3) Traumatic fears
of height and/or risk of falling,
