Anthroculture is the raising of healthy humans. The foundation is caring to improve the genetic health of children. Their is a set of conception rights that need the force of law. Law that prevents harm to a conception as  well as punishes harmful conceptions (where today the one doing harm may well be rewarded and supported in their right to do  harm to a conception! 

A conception is the joining of two cells that create a new life. That life can be genetically healthy or unhealthy.  

The problem of being responsible goes deeper than appearance. That is the problem of a recessive genetic effect. Cells for conception need to be free of recessive genetic illness as well as dominant ill traits.

It is sad that the Nazi Government committed genetic and human violations in the aim of a healthy race. Then the women's rights and sexual liberals "threw the baby out with the bath water."

Now practices that generationally degenerate genetic health (like propagating babies to mothers that normally could not give live birth), while killing healthy pre-born infants.
