Safe Neighborhoods are hard to find in Pakistan, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and most Mixed Muslim/Non-Muslim, States and Neighborhoods. The Roma are are from people that escaped Islamic invasions 1,000 years ago in what is now Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. For a 1,000 year they found safety and mercy in Christian and Jewish areas even under Communism but never in Islamic communities.
