2-1-5 False gods and the operationally defined true God

What I mean when I say "God".. mp3

The Lord (God) means different things to different people. For many god is a human projection that is used to magically serve their self interests and the closer they get to their god the more miracles of self interest they can get.

Read this verse in the Bible and it means different things to different people. Psalm 97:10 King James Bible Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked

Before we get into using words that mean different things to different people, we need to operationally define terms like God, Soul, Spirit, and Sin.

God: As Paul said on Mars hill, the unknown god that the Greeks worshiped was our God! That in Him we live and move and have our being. To me God is not created or destroyed all things are formed out of His Eternal Dirt. Creation is not "poof" magic something out of nothing, rather is is something created from God's substance like creating a hat.

We tend to project our human conditions onto God. For us, our body lives for a finite time and can only travel a finite distance so we project these human limitations on to our god. But the true God is eternal and infinite Space, Matter and Motion of Matter  in Space! One of God's laws that we experience is that two particles of matter can not occupy the same space at the same time. What is finite about God and what we experience is of God is that God's density of matter and energy (Capacity for motion) are finite.
