Letter by a Florida teacher................ A teacher speaks

This is a subject close to my heart. Do you know that we have adult students at the school where I teach who are not US citizens and who get the PELL grant, which is a federal grant (no pay back required) plus other federal grants  to go to school?

One student from the Dominican Republic told me that she didn't want me to find a job for her after she finished my program, because she was getting  housing from our housing department and she was getting a PELL grant which paid for her total tuition and books, plus money leftover.

She was looking into WAIT which gives students a CREDIT CARD for gas to come  to school, and into CARIBE which is a special program (check it out - I did) for immigrants and it pays for child care and all sorts of needs while they go to school or training. The one student I just mentioned told me she was not going to be a US Citizen because she plans to return to the   Dominican Republic someday and that she 'loves HER country.'

 I asked her if she felt guilty taking what the US  is giving her and then not even bothering to become a citizen and she told me that it doesn't bother her, because that is what the money is there for!

 I asked the CARIBE administration about their program and if you ARE a US Citizen, you don't qualify for their program. And all the while, I am working a full day, my son-in-law works more than 60 hours a week, and everyone in my family works and pays for our education.

 Something is wrong here.   I am sorry but after hearing they want to sing the National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough. Nowhere did they sing it in Italian, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German or any other language because of immigration.   It was written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the translation -- not even close.Sorry if this offends anyone but this is MY COUNTRY.

 IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY SPEAK UP -- please pass this along. I am not against immigration -- just come through like everyone else.

Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes, live by the rules AND LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past --  and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

 PART OF THE PROBLEM, Think about this: If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone -- YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM! It is Time for America to Speak up If you agree -- pass this along, if you don't agree --- delete it!

Dear Friends of Don Johnson,

Actually the Soviet Union never reached the stage of development called socalism. After the Lenin New Economic Policy it became frozen at a stage of development that the neocons religious fanatics in the US are hoping for: total monopoly of power by one corporation. They called it "The Communist Party" but it was actually a giant company controlled by a dictatorial CEO and his board of directors for the benefit to the stockholders, the party members. That's what the US is teetering on the brink of - the only difference is control by the religious capitalist totally self-absorbed instead of the athiest capitalist (phoney socialist) totally self-absorbed.

Job is a parody of the idea of monotheism, the most evil and destructive concept ever devised by the human mind, that somehow got into the canon. Read it carefully. The god slaughters and tortures humans indiscriminately and demands that its followers worship death.

That artificial barriers to human migration should be erected by nation-states for their evil, elite, self-absorbed purposes is a natural outcome of the arrogance of monotheistic systems of morality - the primary source of most human misery.

Sorry Don, that you have descended to such depths of decadance.

Dear Friends,

Forgive me that I opened this box on you but I will answer John's remarks.

John and I were roommates. We worked together as teachers at the High School. We wanted to make a healthier School Community. John was elected President of the Teacher's Union and I was elected as Senior High School Representative. I found John a Man of impeccable integrity and incorruptible.

John,

The existence of God has to do with the source of existence. Mankind is in trouble. We are in Southern Russia six months of the year. The ethnic Russians live as atheists. So to most of the Moslems. But the Muslims as a culture tend to be hateful and vengeful and the pressure is on them (There have been  many peace preaching Imams murdered).

Background today and Historical:

1) In 1010 the Scandinavians (and Russians) were performing human sacrifice. A walking distance from my son's they were murdering a maid to the god of Niagara Falls until Christians came with a better culture. Today the principals of our forefathers are being lost and there are more and more campus killings.

2) As more and more parents were raised in daycare, the rate of Autism has increased dramatically. From: http://www.fightingautism.org/idea/autism.php?

For insight into the cause - effect relationships go to:

 http://www.uoregon.edu/~adoption/studies/HarlowMLE.htm

3) Historically often wealthy women had their babies cared for by others (even wet-nurses). This may relate to the poor statesmanship of their progeny and the corrupt use of the law.

4) Today many women prevent conception or have the fetus killed. In 2006 there were more abortion than live births among ethnic Russians. The Muslims are having children in large numbers.

In America:  The number of abortions in the United States fell to 1.2 million in 2005, down 25 percent from the all-time high of 1.6 million in 1990. On average, about 3,500 to 3,700 babies are aborted every day.

5) Compare these videos:

a) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3buLQoCN6KY&feature=related

b) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjbJnZUJTYU

c) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjbJnZUJTYU

 As you see Islam is teaching their children to hate and murder!

6) Abraham lived in what is now Iraq. They worshiped idols and sacrificed children to them. He believed in the most high unseen God and moved what is now Israel to found a better culture. Due to famine his people moved to Egypt. In Egypt Pharaoh was a god and could murder at will. Moses brought the Law of God that even Pharaoh had to respect. Don't steal, don't lye, don't kill you children and don't kill innocent people. Don't take more than 10% for the government .. Today murders and those who execute murders are confused.  Today most of us are guilty of being corrupted and corrupting others.

When the Hebrews left Egypt they were confronted by murdering cultures and cultures that murdered their children by burning them to their gods. They were to destroy these murdering cultures and not be corrupted by them.

I believe the my soul is like my culture and the Spirit is like a teacher. Jesus was the first example of hating corruption but not hating the corrupted. He was the first born of God's Spirit. He had a different culture.

7) I believe like Paul:

Acts 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

Acts 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

Acts 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Acts 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

Acts 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

I believe we are in deep trouble between the Cult of Islam and the Cult of Humanism. I believe Islam will use Humanism to destroy Humanism and it will use democracy to destroy democracy. But God's Law will prevail.

I lost my first draft but this is the best I can do for now.

Don

If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone -- YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!

Dear Don,

Although I'm sure you don't mean to offend someone yourself, by sending this email, I'm sure some will be offended and that is not a good thing to do. Just because someone sends you an email that tells you to send it on does not mean you should do that. It is important to consider other peoples views and feelings. I don't think I am a part of any problem this teacher perceives if I choose not to send this to someone because I don't want to potentially hurt someone. I personally believe in the programs that educate all. It is never a bad thing for someone to become educated and it's not us against them. We live in a global economy and if through programs that help many americans become educated, we help a few foreigners, then we have helped another country which can only bring about goodwill and more peace. It is not wrong, in my opinion, to help someone who is from another country, and some of this money is coming from my tax dollars too.I hope we someday can look at all people as just people, and be willing to help. Education is one of the best things we can give the people of the world. Perhaps educating some of the "peasants" in Russia would help too.

Just thought you should hear some thoughts from "the other side." It's not always so black and white.

 As I said, I'm sure you did not mean to offend, and I am not offended, but think we should be careful what we forward.

Cathy Marvin

Grampa,
    I'm speaking for myself when i say this. Aren't there any good things in Russia? I mean there a country just like us, and even if they have different beliefs it doesn't mean that you can decide if they're bad or good. Im sure that theres a person from Russia telling the rest of the Russians how bad it is over here.....
with love~

Donald, I know that some would demonize me and what I say. I pray that the Spirit of Truth will protect you. Keep an open mind and check information out for your self. Get observations and not other peoples opinions of the observation. Go to God thought Jesus. Don't be led by the priests, teachers and denominators of this world.

In reading Don's comments I see his thoughts, not other peoples. When others don't agree it isn't always some conspiracy to demonize or follow a supposed "hate agenda." I give Don credit that he was open to discussion, without blaming or attacking. He is questioning (not blindly accepting) and that road (through Jesus and the Holy Spirit) leads to true salvation.

And the corruption is part of doing business in a corrupt government. Corruption is why they have more billionaires than any other country while retired people can't afford their food. Over 5 million baptists and Pentecostals came to America in the 1990. We let them come as part of a deal to get the Russian Government to let its Jew immigrate to Israel.

The extremists are the ones who want to kill, don't you think that there could possibly ever maybe have been peaceful Muslims or peace on Russia? And so what if they have different ethics then us, that just means that they believe in a different way of life....Just like religion, not everyone practices Christianity, some practice Judaism or something else. So are you going to say that their wrong? Because they want to live a different way then you do? Then that is wrong, thats practically the same thing Hitler did to the Jews because they weren't blond haired and blue eyed, or in you case not a christian or american......
